Can we exchange the database between PC and Pocket PC versions ?

No, they are based on different design and formats.

Do we count as today or tomorrow when birth time is between 2300 - 2359 hrs ?

Some schools count as today and others count as tomorrow. This software default to count as today. If your school count as tomorrow, user can input day as tomorrow and let the software to calculate for you.

What is daylight saving alert ?

Some areas adopt daylight saving scheme to make full use of daylight. The clock will adjust one hour faster within daylight saving period. If people are born within the daylight saving period, their birth time should subtract one hour to reflect the true birth time. True birth time is used to create a chart. This program will generate an alert during birth time entry as a  reminder and it will not modify for you. It is up to the user to decide whether they need adjustment or not.
