END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
you, either an individual or a single entity, ("LICENSEE") and
Developer ("LICENSOR").
The license agreement includes computer software and may include
associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic
documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By copying, transmitting, installing or using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the
terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
This is not a free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby
licensed by LICENSOR to use the commercial version of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT. The LICENSOR does not give refunds for software purchases.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT license is valid for all users of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you a non-exclusive right for installation and use of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may install one copy of the software on only
one
device.
2. REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
You may not reproduce and/or distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
installation password(s) or license key(s) unless expressly permitted
in writing by the LICENSOR.
3. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
A) Limitations on reverse engineering, de-compilation, and disassembly
You may not reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, except and limited only to the extent that such activities are
expressly permitted in writing by the LICENSOR.
B) Separation of Components
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
parts may not be separated for use on more than one device or with
other applications unless expressly permitted in writing by the
LICENSOR.
C) Software Transfer
The LICENSEE may transfer all of his/hers rights under this EULA,
provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
The LICENSEE may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any other
person or entity.
D) Termination
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this
License will terminate automatically without notice from LICENSOR if
you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon the
termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT.
4. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but
not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio,
music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the
accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
are owned by the LICENSOR. Copyright laws and international treaty
provisions protect the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY
A) NO WARRANTIES
The LICENSOR expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including,
but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising
out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with the
LICENSEE.
B) NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
LICENSOR shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of
profits, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort
(including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if
LICENSOR or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of
such damages and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have
failed of its essential purpose. To the extent provided by applicable
law, the foregoing limitations of damages do not apply to damages for
personal injury to you, if any.
6. AMENDMENTS
No purported variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless made
in writing and signed by the party to be charged.

| Software Working Period |
This software is functional within the preset period of time. When
expired, this software will stop working. Please contact us for
information to extending the working period.

| Purchase Procedures |
Online Payment:
- We accept
PayPal online payment system.
- Customer
must be a registered PayPal member in order to perform online payment
(PayPal membership is free of charge).
- Select
the product and click PayPal ADD TO CART button.
- Confirm
and click CHECKOUT button on the Payments By PayPal window.
- If
customer is not a PayPal member, please register at this stage.
- After purchasing a product using PayPal, you will receive a notification e-mail within 24
hours once your payment was confirmed.
- The
corresponding product file together with license key instruction will
be attached with the notification email.
